Home Workout Basics
There are many reasons to workout at home. You certainly can't beat the convenience, price and comfortable surroundings. There are many excellent home gyms many of which are advertised on TV; however, you don't need to spend that kind of money because you can do fine with a few very inexpensive pieces of equipment. With as little as two dollars you can put together a home gym. In the home workout section you will find workouts for every body part. If you are between the ages of 10 and 17, use the teen workout. If you are over 17 and have been lifting less than a month start with the beginning workout. If you are over 17 and have been lifting six months to a year then start with the intermediate workout.
